On arrival the engineer was friendly, helpful, and efficient. He explained clearly what he was going to do, and then got on with it. Covid restrictions were adhered to. On completion he vacuumed the area, shook out our dust sheets and then explained the basic operating requirements of this new boiler. An experienced engineer, and an excellent ambassador for your company
I am a manager at a Firstport development and during this pandemic some of our residents have had to call out an engineer to check their boilers etc. We usually have the same young chap turn up, Andrew. Residents he has been to see to do work for have all complemented the way Andrew is with them and they’ve that they feel safe having Andrew in their apartments to do work, he is very Covid-19 safety aware. I would also like to compliment Andrew as every time he arrives at the development, he already has all his PPE on etc. And is always polite and professional. Our sincere thanks for sending such a grand person who was both pleasant and very efficient completing all the jobs that needed doing.

My wife and I are tremendously pleased with the service we have received from everybody in the Gledhill team; from the initial call handler, to the technical team answering questions, to the engineers who came to the house to complete the work in such a timely and professional manner. Dave initiated the draining of the system and Derek arrived the job, through to completion. We found Derek diligent and particularly friendly and approachable, answering our concerns and explaining things throughout.
