If a Gledhill Water Storage appliance develops a fault or if you require assistance with a servicing or maintenance issue, immediate telephone support is available through our dedicated technical helpline. Our team of fully trained personnel are available to give technical advice on Gledhill products to engineers, installers and homeowners alike.

Whether your query relates to general operation, identifying a defective component, or you are an on site engineer requiring full guidance in fault diagnosis; we are happy to assist.

Do Gledhill Response charge for all technical advice?

No!

Charges only apply to repair engineers enquiring about more complex Gledhill Water Storage product over 8 years old.

Homeowners enquiring regarding our chargeable services or existing extended warranty Breakdown Agreement customers can call for free advice on 08445 679898.  (08445 calls charged at standard BT rates).

Engineers or specifiers requiring advice on the current range of cylinders (-or indeed any product) supplied through Gledhill Building Products should contact their own dedicated technical line for free advice on 01253 474584. (Please note that these calls are charged at standard BT rates).
